Job Summary

The AI Experienced Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for various digital platforms and software products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in machine learning algorithms, data processing, natural language processing (NLP), and AI integrations.

You will work closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to develop intelligent systems that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and improve overall digital experiences.

This role requires strong analytical skills, programming expertise, and the ability to implement cutting-edge AI technologies into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent automation systems
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for various use cases
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) systems for text-based applications
• Integrate AI APIs and machine learning services into existing web and software platforms
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to build predictive models
• Develop intelligent chatbots, recommendation engines, and automation tools
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Optimize machine learning models for scalability, efficiency, and performance
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI features into applications
• Research emerging AI technologies and implement innovative solutions
• Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in AI or Machine Learning development
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar programming languages
• Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools
• Experience working with large datasets and data processing pipelines
• Familiarity with AI APIs, automation systems, and model deployment
• Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and predictive modeling
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-powered chatbots and conversational AI systems
• Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks
• Experience in recommendation systems or predictive analytics
• Familiarity with MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines
• Understanding of computer vision technologies
• Experience integrating AI into SaaS platforms or web applications
