Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of MindBoxx Technologies. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, and marketing analytics, along with the ability to create innovative campaigns that connect with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MindBoxx Technologies’ services and solutions
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines
• Create and manage engaging marketing content such as blogs, promotional materials, and social media posts
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends
• Analyze competitor strategies and develop insights to strengthen brand positioning
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and leadership teams to create marketing campaigns
• Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand communication
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate marketing reports
• Optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and lead generation
• Support brand-building initiatives, events, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO and content optimization strategies
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Experience managing brand campaigns or digital promotions
• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
