Client Guidelines
At MindBoxx India, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and creating digital solutions that empower businesses to grow. For every project to be successful, there must be a strong understanding and collaboration between our team and our clients. These guidelines are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and efficiency throughout our partnership. We encourage every client to read them carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
Before the commencement of any project, a clear and detailed Scope of Work (SOW) will be mutually agreed upon. This document outlines project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and any specific requirements. Once approved, the scope will form the foundation of our collaboration. Any requests for additional features, changes in functionality, or significant alterations to the original scope may require a separate proposal and additional charges.
2. Communication & Availability
Open and timely communication is vital to the success of every project. We expect clients to:
Provide all necessary materials (such as text, images, videos, credentials, or brand guidelines) in a timely manner.
Respond to queries, feedback requests, and approvals within the agreed timelines.
Nominate a single point of contact to streamline discussions and avoid conflicting instructions.
Our team will maintain regular updates and progress reports through the preferred communication channel (email, project management tool, or scheduled calls).
3. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities
While we work diligently to meet agreed deadlines, project timelines depend heavily on the client’s responsiveness and ability to provide timely inputs. Delays in content submission, approval feedback, or access to required platforms may result in unavoidable shifts in delivery dates.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are structured according to the agreed proposal or contract. Work will commence only upon receipt of the initial deposit or full payment as per the agreed terms. Milestone-based payments, if applicable, must be made promptly to avoid project delays.
All payments are non-refundable once work begins, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.
In case of non-payment or significant delays in payment, work may be paused until dues are cleared.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property (designs, code, content, branding materials, etc.) developed by MindBoxx India will remain our property until full and final payment has been received. Upon settlement, ownership of the deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party licenses, stock images, plugins, or APIs will remain subject to their own licensing terms and costs.
6. Revisions & Feedback
Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the agreement. Revisions must be requested within the active project timeline and must align with the original scope. Additional revisions or scope expansions beyond the agreed limit may be billed separately.
7. Content & Legal Compliance
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to MindBoxx India — including text, images, logos, and other assets — are legally owned or properly licensed. We do not accept liability for any copyright infringements arising from client-supplied materials.
Additionally, clients must ensure that the content we create or publish on their behalf complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, strategies, and proprietary data. Similarly, clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of our proprietary processes, tools, and internal documents.
9. Post-Project Support
Once the project is completed and delivered, any post-launch maintenance, troubleshooting, or updates will fall under a separate support and maintenance agreement unless otherwise specified in the original contract.
10. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disagreements in a fair and professional manner. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through open discussion and negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.
11. Mutual Respect & Professionalism
We value mutual respect and expect all interactions to be professional and constructive. Abusive language, unreasonable demands, or unethical practices will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of the working relationship.
