With no fancy offices or big budgets, just passion and sleepless nights, we built our first few projects for local businesses. Word spread, our work spoke for itself, and soon, we were serving clients beyond our city, then our country, and before we knew it — across the globe.

2012 – The Beginning
It all started in 2012 with nothing more than a vision, two laptops, and a determination to build something meaningful. In a small rented workspace, MindBoxx was born — driven by the belief that technology should solve real problems and create lasting impact. Our early days were filled with late nights, countless cups of coffee, and building our very first websites for local businesses.
2013 – Building Trust
By 2013, our reputation for delivering quality work on time began to spread. Word-of-mouth brought us new clients from nearby cities. We started expanding our services beyond websites, adding graphic design and branding to our portfolio.
2014 – The First Big Break
This year marked our first international project — a small eCommerce store in the UK. It was a turning point that gave us the confidence to compete globally. We also hired our first two full-time team members, laying the foundation for our growing family.
2015 – Expanding Horizons
We ventured into mobile app development and small-scale software solutions, allowing clients to have complete digital ecosystems. Our client list grew steadily, and we started working with businesses in the US and Australia.
2016 – Recognition at Home
2016 brought us recognition in local business communities for our innovative solutions and transparent work culture. We upgraded our office space and invested in better infrastructure for design and development.
2017 – Scaling Up
We introduced enterprise-level software solutions, including ERP systems and SaaS-based platforms. With bigger projects came bigger responsibilities, and our team grew to 10+ members, all sharing the same passion for innovation.
2018 – Going Truly Global
By now, we had served clients in 5+ countries. We established long-term partnerships with agencies overseas, becoming their trusted tech arm. This was also the year we introduced cloud-based solutions for scalability and efficiency.
2019 – Entering AI & Automation
Seeing the rise of Artificial Intelligence, we started experimenting with AI-driven solutions — from chatbots to data analytics. This set the stage for our future as an AI-powered tech company.
2020 – Resilience in a Pandemic
When the world slowed down, we sped up. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we helped numerous businesses go digital, setting up eCommerce platforms, online booking systems, and remote collaboration tools. Our resilience became our biggest strength.
2021 – Global Awards & Achievements
Our efforts paid off with global recognition. We proudly received the Indian Achievers’ Award for Excellence in Business and the Go Global Award from the International Trade Council. These milestones reinforced our belief in our vision.
2022 – A Full-Service Tech Company
We rebranded as a complete 360° digital solutions provider, offering web, app, software, AI, cloud, marketing, and design services under one roof. Our team crossed 20+ members, each bringing unique expertise.
2023 – Expanding AI Innovations
We launched ready-to-use AI tools for content creation, automation, analytics, and design, making cutting-edge technology accessible to businesses of all sizes.
2024 – 14+ Years of Excellence
Today, MindBoxx proudly serves 1200+ clients across 10+ countries with a strong in-house team of 27+ professionals. Our journey from a tiny room to a global tech partner is a story of passion, resilience, and relentless innovation.
