Payment Terms

Our payment terms are designed to maintain transparency, trust, and smooth project execution, ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of financial obligations from the very beginning. For every project undertaken by MindBoxx, we require an initial advance payment of 50% of the total agreed cost before any work commences. This initial amount is essential as it secures the client’s commitment to the project, allows us to allocate the necessary resources, block production time in our schedule, and immediately begin planning, designing, and development activities without delay.

The remaining balance of the project cost will be divided into equal installments, aligned with specific project milestones mutually agreed upon at the time of the contract. These milestones may include phases such as design approval, prototype demonstration, beta release, and final delivery. Each installment must be cleared before the commencement of the next phase to ensure that work progresses smoothly and without interruption.

All payments are to be made within the stipulated time frame mentioned in the invoice or agreement, and any delay in payments may result in a pause in project work until dues are cleared. This ensures that both time and resources are effectively managed. Please note that all payments made after the commencement of the project are strictly non-refundable, as our team dedicates immediate time, tools, licenses, manpower, and expertise toward the agreed deliverables.

We accept payments through secure methods such as bank transfers, online payment gateways, or any other approved method mentioned in the agreement. For international clients, all transactions will be processed in the currency agreed upon in the contract, and any bank charges or currency conversion fees will be borne by the client.

In the event of scope changes, additional requirements, or upgrades requested during the project, the cost and payment schedule will be revised accordingly and must be agreed upon in writing before implementation. Failure to make payments as per the agreed schedule may result in a delay in delivery, withholding of final deliverables, or, in extreme cases, termination of the project.

By engaging with MindBoxx and initiating a project, the client agrees to abide by these payment terms, ensuring a mutually respectful and efficient working relationship that results in the successful delivery of the project.
