All services are provided as described in your proposal, quotation, or contract, and any additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to source code, design assets, branding, written content, and proprietary tools created by MindBoxx, remain the property of MindBoxx unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment for the services, certain deliverables may be transferred to you, but MindBoxx retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise restricted by a confidentiality agreement.

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of others. Prohibited uses include distributing harmful software, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, and engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with our operations or those of other clients.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. All invoices are payable in the currency and within the timeframe stated in the invoice. Late payments may result in delays to the project timeline, suspension of services, or additional fees. Certain services may require an upfront deposit, and work will only commence upon receipt of such payment.

We strive to deliver services on the timelines agreed upon; however, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, supply chain disruptions, or delays in receiving necessary information and approvals from the client.

All services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy, quality, and functionality of our services, MindBoxx makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the suitability of the services for your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

In no event will MindBoxx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

These are provided for your convenience only, and MindBoxx does not control or endorse the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites.
